A former reporter for Union Sentinel in Blairsville, GA, Kathleen is the publisher/writer for American Roads and Global Highways. She currently resides in Middleburg, FL and has lived in Florida most of her life but travels extensively, mainly in the Southeast. Kathleen was born in New Orleans and goes back often to Louisiana. She has lived in Mississippi and Georgia as well. Sort of like the Johnny Cash song “I’ve Been Everywhere.” Kathleen is the author of numerous travel books, ghost stories, true crime and mystery novels, and more. She is currently working on the book "American Music: Born in the USA: A History of American Music." These will be on display from Sept. 1, 2023 - Jan. 24, 2024. DeGrazia Gallery in the Sun is a 10-acre historic landmark nestled in the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains in Tucson, Arizona. Opened in 1965, it is home to over 15,000 originals of Ted DeGrazia art pieces including oil paintings, watercolors, ceramics and sculptures. The special event celebrates the day that Joey’s brain tumor was successfully removed. It was thought that he wouldn't survive the tumor or surgery, and that if he did, he would never walk or talk again.
